Introduction

Abstract

This dossier expands upon the work initiated by previous edited volumes like Closer to the Wild Heart (Pazos Alonso and Williams) and Clarice Lispector: Novos aportes críticos (Ferreira-Pinto Bailey and Zilberman). It does so by enlisting newer methodologies and theoretical approaches as well as via inclusion of other press contributions besides the crônicas, like interviews, children’s stories, women’s pages, and the section “Children’s Corner” in the magazine Senhor, among others.
