I met Russell Hamilton shortly after I arrived in Lisbon in the early 1970s. This was my first voyage outside of Africa.

Luis Bernardo Honwana is the author of the classic of Mozambican literature, Nós Matámos o Cão Tinhoso e Outras Histórias (1964). He is former UNESCO Diplomat, and he is now Executive Diretor of BioFund Mozambique.
